    How long can the smartphone gimbal battery last?

    Why does the gimbal vibrate after it is turned on?
    The gimbal vibrates because the smartphone is not closely attached to the phone clamp, and the smartphone is not tightly clamped. To resolve this problem, turn off the gimbal, clamp the smartphone again, and then turn on the gimbal, if you are using thick phone case, you can also try to remove the phone case.

    How do I reset the gimbal to factory settings?
    Open the app, connect the Bluetooth, and choose Start Recording > Settings > Gimbal Parameter Settings > Restore Settings.

    What should I do if the gimbal is not level after it is turned on?
    Check whether the clamp of the gimbal is level. If not,when the gimbal is in the default working mode(P&T), press the power button of the gimbal 5 times in a row to enter the automatic calibration mode. If the clamp is level, but the smartphone camera is not level, remove the smartphone case or adjust the smartphone again.
